Account Deletion
This page allows users of Magic and all studio-branded apps powered by Magic to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Magic is operated by Magic Platform Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore.
Which app are you using?
This deletion request applies to any of the following apps published by Magic:

Magic — the member app

Poshy Pilates — branded member app for Poshy Pilates

Pace — branded member app for Pace
-
Grounded Spaces — branded member app for Grounded Spaces
(All branded apps share the same underlying Magic platform. Submitting a deletion request below will remove your account and data from the specific app you select.)
What you can request
You can request either or both of the following:
1. Account Deletion
Permanent closure of your user account. You will no longer be able to log in, book classes, or access any features within the app.
2. Data Deletion
Permanent removal of personal data associated with your account, including:

Profile information (name, email, mobile number, date of birth, profile photo)

Booking and class attendance history

Saved payment methods
-
In-app messages and notifications
-
Progress tracking data (where applicable)

Membership and package records (subject to retention requirements below)

Any photos or media you've uploaded
What we are required to retain?
For legal and regulatory reasons, the following data is retained even after account deletion:

Financial transaction records (payments, invoices, refunds) — retained for 5 years as required by the Singapore Income Tax Act and Goods and Services Tax Act.

Records required for ongoing legal claims or disputes, if any are active at the time of your request.
This retained data is stored securely and is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
What happens to your active memberships or credits?
If your account has any of the following at the time of deletion, please note:

Unused class credits or packages: forfeited upon account deletion. We recommend using or transferring them before submitting your request.

Active subscriptions: will be cancelled. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Pending bookings: will be cancelled automatically.
If you would like to discuss a refund of unused credits before deletion, please contact your studio directly, as refund policies are set by each individual studio.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In-app (recommended for logged-in users)
If you can still log into the app:

Open the app and go to Account → Account

Tap Delete Account

Confirm your request
Your account will be deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email us directly
If you prefer, email business@chargedbymagic.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

Full name on the account

Email address registered to the account
-
The app name (Magic, Poshy, or other branded app)
-
Confirmation of what you want deleted (account, data, or both)
What happens after you submit

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
-
We may contact you via the email on file to verify your identity before processing.
-
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
